"Homeopathy was introduced in India in the early 19th century. Dr.Raju’s Homeopathic Super Speciality Centre, established as a hospital in 1974 by Dr.Kuruvilla George (Dr.Raju), continues the legacy of a family of homeopathic practitioners who have served the community for over three generations. The tradition of serving the community started with Dr.Kuruvilla George’s father, Rev. Dr.K.George, the respected priest and doctor who served in the Church of South India Madhya Kerala Diocese. "
He was later enrolled for his DMS Homeopathy degree and was graduated in 1959 from ‘The Calcutta Homeopathic Medical College & Hospital, Kolkata’ which is the first homeopathic medical college in India.As part of his priestly ministry Rev.Dr.K.George served many parishes inside and outside Kerala, including Thidanad, Peermedu, Kozenchery, Thalavady, Nedungadapally, Changanasserry, Perumbavoor, Chengannoor, Mammood and Calcutta. He practiced homeopathy in the areas of his service with the CSI church, and his holistic approach of treating both the spiritual and physical needs of patients was acclaimed by the public. He was affectionately called the ‘Doctor Priest’ and ‘Homeo Priest’ by the residents of the regions in which he served.

Rev.Dr.K.George’s wife (Dr.Kuruvilla George’s mother), Dr.Saramma George was also a qualified homeopathic practitioner. Over the course of their lives, they successfully treated millions of patients tackling diseases such as polio, cancers, paralysis (stroke related), psychiatric disorders and many other chronic and terminal illnesses. They considered this round-the-clock service as part of a healing ministry for the less fortunate in society.
As his homeopathic practice flourished, he drew upon his extensive experience within the field of Homeopathy to lead novel research and experiments that combined branches of medicine to successfully treat critical ailments. This resulted in an influx of patients from various states across India and countries outside India who frequent the Super-speciality centre in Changanasserry
Dr. Georgy George Kuruvilla completed his MBBS (Modern Medicine) from Pushpagiri Institute of Medical Sciences and Research Centre as the first batch from Kerala University Health Sciences, Thrissur And has received Masters Diploma in Emergency Medicine (MDEMS) from Oasis Pune under Bharat Sevak Samaj (BSS) , which is a national development agency under Government of India
Dr. Georgy George Kuruvilla completed his Internal Medicine Training Level 3 (IMT3,UK) in 2021 from Aster Medcity hospital Cochin which is a grade 3 accredited overseas centre of JRCPTB. In honour of his medical service, researches and clinical skills , he was honoured with ‘Clinical Excellence Award for the best doctor in Aster Medcity Hospital’ in 2020 and ‘Doctor in White’ award for his service during the pandemic situation.
